Bottle (10/7/19) pour from ClarkVV/Chalumeaux--thanks, guys. Murky dark brown with no sparkle or head. Aroma is strong peach, apricot, caramel. Taste is excessively strong sweet peach/apricot and caramel. Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish is both too sweet and too alcoholic. Charitably, maybe age has not been kind to this but this was harsh.

500 ml. Vintage 2019. #5/480. Aroma has cinnamon, apple, toffee. No mistake, this is apple and cinnamon after all these years. Hard to find the bourbon. Super drinkable considering the age. Hard to drink.

Bottled 10/7/2019, #793/840, drunk 1/20/2024. Medium amber, clear, beige ring of bubbles. Peachy! Wow that's a lot fruit after five years! Definite oxidation. Caramella, crusty, biscuity malts. Sweet, fruity, lightly acidic, syrupy. I mean, the peach and apricot are alive and well at five years. Impressive. Less impressive: everything else about this beer.

10/7/19 793/840 aroma is peach and apricot. Taste follows aroma. Just fruit and nothing else. Suppose it was better fresh.
