Beginning with whole cone Chinook in the lauter tun and continuing through the dry hop, Seedling is oozing with American hop character.
It pours a golden yellow color into your glass and carries rich, fresh hop notes of tangerine and pine on top of a gentle, sweet malt base. The body is smooth and easy-drinking, making this gem a pleasure to drink, time and time again. Enjoy!

Lukr pour at Tewks, 1/6/24. Chill-hazed brass-bronze. Large, off-white, creamy, well-retained head. Fresh, hoppy notes in the nose redolent of easygoing cascade and Chinook. Spicy, sprucey but with zero resin. Maybe some peach and kumquat in there too. Delicate, gently balancing, honey-like malts with more fruity hop on the finish. Very clean. Rich bread and honey malts comfort then dry out with a crusty, crackery finish replete with mild citrus, peach and gentle spruce. Spicy, balanced, flavorful and with a good minerality and crisp, lager yeast finish. Lingering moderate bitterness. Lovely.

Pours a slightly hazy, pale copper-gold, with smallish head. Aroma is pine and some citrus. Flavor follows, with a touch of cereal. Crisp, clean mouthfeel.
