Cask at GBBF ’16, day one, 09/08/16. Pale yellow with a minimal white covering. Nose is pissy lemon, prickly green berries, on the turn melon, light spice but no idea of what is to come! Taste comprises a massive chilli kick, herb, straw, over bearing chilli heat. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. No need for this number, smelt OK but just a stoopid amount of chilli, over cooked big tim !

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours hazy gold with a tiny white head. The aroma is fresh lemon, ginger & lemon tea, touch of chilli pepper, nectarine and peach. The taste is initially crisp, sour and lemon sherbet, then the big chilli spice creeps in..... with some margarita and salted lemon on the back end. The finish is dry and pretty spicy. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. I actually didn’t mind this sucker. Perhaps not for everyone though!

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable carbonation. Tangy sourish fruits. Big chilli burn comes in and destroys all, including my mouth. Too much chilli. Stoopid beer.

Sample at the 29th Annual Oregon Brewers Festival on 07/30/2016. The beer is a clear yellow-gold color with a thin white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, spice and yeast. Citrusy and salty flavor with floral yeast in the background. The finish is moderately tart with a lemony aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Murky unclear pale yellow color, no head. Aroma is weird and quite unfresh although I can’t describe it properly. Taste is hugely INSANELY hot, burning hot chili peppers or whatever. Horrible and undrinkable crap.
