Our newest Baltic Porter pours a dark brown-to-black hue, showcasing an off-white head. Notes of baker's chocolate, toasted brown bread and hints of dark fruit touch the nose. Subtle roast, an earthy-nuttiness and caramel notes also touch the palate.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: pours closer to brown to dark brown and ends up leaving a rugged dark brown color in the glass with a finger and a half's worth of khaki foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did, some light messy lace roamed around the glass
Aroma: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, sweet nuts, super light notes of dark fruit then some espresso-ish to earthy coffee tones
Flavor: seems to blend the prior noted aromas very nicely into a sweet quality but also seems to leave out the dark fruits; finishes semi-sticky and sweet earthy to coffee toned
Texture: medium bodied; slightly leaning into being a sipper; wonderful creamy smoothness (mmmm, that's really good here in this department!); carb level is spot on!
Overall: hot damn! What a knockout of the park! Might be a top tier Schilling beer for me, if not it's up there.
