Rich with traditional malt flavors of chocolate, toffee, and bread crust, followed by bright yeast aromatics of banana, clove, and vanilla, this unfiltered and effervescent dark Weissbier is complemented by the caramelized and woody notes of maple syrup.

Not a bad dunkerweizen, on the sweet side thanks to the maple syrup but with a healthy dose of clove and brûléed banana and a dry, floral back end. Not my thing but drinkable.

Very dark brown with a medium sized tan head. Dy, bitter, roasty and woody with a bread crust note. Long finish. Medium body.

Pour is a dark brown with a bone white head. Aroma is a super amount of banana and clove. Flavor is banana and clove with a not off putting sweetness. Just the right amount of sweetness if you will. Finish is even a little bitter. Excellent example of the style.

Pours deep mahogany-tinged cola into a weizen. Mocha head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant spiders to crater surface. Sweet smoked maple house, banana and caramel aromas. Thin to medium bodied with clove, maple and nutmeg front to back. Lasting bananas flambe and earthy clove finish.
