Formerly a draft beer, now in cans.

At 9% ABV, this behemoth of a Double IPA is dry-hopped solely with Nelson hops from New Zealand, creating a fusion of chewy mango, fruit punch, and dank resinous notes on the palate. The finish brings bright flavors of white grape that linger delightfully.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: pale yellow to almost orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: danky/piney to mango to white grape-like hop tones, light lemon zest
Flavor: takes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet juicy to semi-zesty quality; finishes white grape-like, piney and lemon zesty
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper, some smoothness but also some hop assertiveness, low carb
Overall: nicely done NEDIPA worth coming back to.

Can (9/5/24) from The Liquor Junction, Woburn. Cloudy, bright yellow with tons of sparkle, decent head with good retention and gobs of soapy lacing. Aroma is sweet/tart citrus/pineapple rind, white grape and mild dank vegetal. Taste is strong white grape, mango and sweet/tart citrus/pineapple rind. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with only the vaguest (pleasant) alcohol warmth. More classic grape-y Nelson than newer dank herb but interesting citrus/pineapple/mango in there to boot. Exceptional.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana, thank you Tom! The aroma is lemon zest, grape, soft malt. Slick texture over the mouth with a huge juicy character. White grape is strong with the alcohol being totally hidden. This is real nice!

Pours murky yellow into a tulip. Bright white head little retention recedes to mottle surface. Pineapple and mango lassi aromas. Sweet with hot pineapple and lychee upfront turning to tart mango lassi upfront before the earthy grape must in the dry, medium length finish.

Brewery draught, 6/16/24. Heavily hazy, apricot-peach-golden. Small, white head quickly to cover. Sweet, rich malts showing honey and graham cracker. Juicy hops with a good deal of citrus and a bit of tropical fruit. Lots of mango. Clean, no booze. Sweet, malty, balanced with decent bitterness. Lots of spice, hint of pine and mango rind with juicy orange and sweet mango. Very filling. No booze.
