This is a true to type premium Czech style Lager. Inspired by the historic monasteries of the now Czech Republic, this beer is built on a bed of Lager and Munich malt, with the generous addition of Junga and Lubelski hops.

440ml can into a Berliner Kindl bulbous glass at Auntie Sue’s on 27th June 2025. Clean and clear deep golden body, Snow White cap. Malty front, light hop content. Nice in the afternoon sun. The “cut once” is now omitted one the can label.

Can at holiday cottage. Deep golden to amber, with a white head. Aroma and taste are are malty and slight bitter, medium body.
