This is our ’white label’ beer, brewed in limited production runs so you might never see the same beer twice. We use a simple pale malt profile, and generous additions of a single hop variety to allow the characteristics of that hop to really shine through.

This batch features Cascade hops.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste moderately malty, nice hoppiness, fruity hops, lightly pineapple, fruit hop bitter finish. Average to decent body and carbonation. Nice.

Gbbf. Fast klare goldene Farbe. Geruch trocken grasig hopfig, erdig, citrusfrüchte. Geschmack trocken hopfig, citrusfrüchte, gut!

Cask at The Merchant, 5/30. Mostly clear orange.  Strong, creamy head and some heavy lacing.  Tropical and pine hops.  Beautifully creamy and clean.  Dry, crisp closure.

Cask @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Golden-blonde with a thin head. Hopped with a dryness to its slightly soapy, but tasty tropical fruits.
