Brewed using German Pilsner malt using a traditional step infusion mash. Hopped with Hersbrucker Hallertau noble whole hops. Refreshing, clean and smooth yet still full and flavoursome.

Many thanks for this beer to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). Dobre, przypominalo kolonkie piwa, z piana spora srednio trwala, zlociste, niemal slomkowe, z umiarkowana metnoscia. Rozni sie tu chmieleniem bo jest tu tego sporo, wyraziscie i ziolowo. Fajny Kolsch z UK

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light malts. Floral mid. Mild citrus. Light finish. A pretty recessed gold made decent by the condition.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Clear golden color, verage sized white head. Smell and taste both are pretty weird: malts, some kind of herb or spice in there, it even reminds me a little of some kind of dark liquorice. Weird, and I don’t like it.
