Made to be a big beer but with less alcohol. Mashed in at a high temperature for a full body and juiced up with citrus and tropical fruit hops. Proof that Little is the new big. [Little Smuling] - Cute, cuddly and vicious. Everywhere Hendrik Jacobus Smuling went, Little Smuling came too. Beware though! Small dog, BIG BITE.

Thuis uit een blikje in de tuin. Mooie lichte amberkleur. Roomwit schuim. Aroma hoppig, ook in de smaak een lekkere bitterheid. Voor een bier van 3,1% uitstekend.

Ruikt naar Solero ijs. Mango. Smaakt fruitig, beetje mineraalachtig, beetje stoffig, grassig, beetje droog.

Can from Jumbo, Lanaken. Clear dark golden, big, frothy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of mandarin peel, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, pear, biscuit. Taste has sweetish mandarin & mango, zesty sour citrus, bitter grapefruit, bit spicy, biscuity malt. Floral hoppy finish, bit piney, nice citrus and dry grapefruit. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Correct, decent.

Foamy off white head on an amber coloured still body. Malt & dull fruits aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & thinning out to a lively clean back. Malt, hoppy, bitter, stone fruit & chemical tastes.

Slightly hazy medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, slowly and unevenly dissipating, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, grain, light pine. Taste light sweet and medium bitter, pale malt, grain, lemon, cardboard, metallic notes. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, resin notes, nice session IPA.
Had this one also as Stadsmarkt de Pijp Session IPA.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 1 Sep 2019) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, orange peel and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, grapefruit, crisp-bread and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, dry. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.
