Creamy off white head stayed well on a reddish brown still body. Minimal aroma of dark sugar & Christmas spices. Medium bodied, creamy to the front followed quickly by a sharp prickly dry sticky back. Malt, brown sugar, dark berries & fruits to the fore with a contrasting back of spice, medicinal, herbal, citrus & schnapps(?). Unusual but drinkable
