Sample during the "Hoppin’ On Deck 2" tasting on 06/04/2017. Hazy yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, oak, peach and malt. Medium body with flavors of funky peach, yeast, biscuit malt and oak. The finish is brett yeast and peaches. Good beer all around.

Bottle at home in garden, 30th June 17. Pours a hazy orange, neat bubbles, lacey head. Aroma is funk, lemon, apples, wood. Taste is lemon sherbert, tart fruit, tingley sourness, unripe peach, barrel, funk and wood. Really good.

Bottle thanks to Kyle. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong peach skin, brett, oak. Thin body, acidic, peach, strong brett, oak, light dry finish, very good.

Grunt fill from Albertsons. Sour is not my go to style, but this one’s an exception. Hazy golden body, tart juicy aroma. This is what a sour should be. Taste is also juicy, big stone fruit flavors, puckering, dryness at the finish. Super delicious.

Tap. Pours foggy orangeish yellow. Aroma is peach and light funk, really fruity. Body is medium, lightly tart and sour, with a lively carbonation. Still fruity, even on the palate. Extremely balanced, pleasant and refreshing. Great beer.

Bottle into a snifter showing lightly filtered neon yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows brett notes on a strong peach background. Does what it sets out to do. The palate is fully carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with very light brett and peach notes ending on an equally tart acetic note. Flavors are not exactly symmetrical with the great nose.
