New England IPA met perzik. Deze collab met De Bebaarde Brouwer uit Amsterdam brengt het beste uit Roffa en Mokum samen. Aanvankelijk als een éénmalige collab gebrouwen, maar inmiddels opgenomen in het vaste assortiment van Homeland.
INGREDIËNTEN:
Water, Mout, Perzik, Hop en Bovengist.
This very popular Homeland beer has undergone a slight transformation. More oats and wheat in the malt recipe make the beer softer and smoother than ever before, and give it a slight cloudiness. The yeast used in this beer gives fruity esters of peach and tropical fruit. This fruitiness is complemented by huge amounts of dry hop.
No bitter hops are added during the boiling step in the brewing process, but only during the whirlpooling and in the dryhop. This makes the beer extremely fruity and hoppy, but hardly bitter

Can. Light hazy golden, low head. Pleasant tropics sweet, spritzy, passion fruit. Medium light body. Fresh. Quite nice.

Can from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is stone fruits with sweet peach, hops, and pale malt. Flavour is pretty sweetish with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Not much of a NEIPA, lacks dank hops. Bit too sweet as well, but decent beer.

Draught, 6.4% at the Homeland brewpub. Good fruity and juicy hop aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is fruity, juicy, mineraly with a mild sweetness and a faint tangerine note.

Almost clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, citrus, apricot. Taste of citrusy hops, grapefruit, stone fruits, wheat. Moderate bitterness.

33cl can as “Homeland Zeebonk” from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Netherlands. F: medium, egg-white, good retention. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: rich fruity, tangerine, orange, peach, bit onion effect, pineapple. T: medium malty base, orange, grapefruits, peach, yellow tropical fruits, medium carbonation, nice balanced harmonic long lasting bitterness, good one, enjoyed.

Donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van ananas, wat sinaasappel, passievrucht en zwarte thee. Fijne krachtige nasmaak.

(Draught at Gollem Craft Beers, Amsterdam, 18 Feb 2023) Pale amber colour, hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, apricots and herbal hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pineapple, orange peel, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and well made NEIPA. Very nice.

Bière pression. J'ai eu la chance de déguster cette bière à Amsterdam et j'ai été agréablement surprise par ses notes végétales, fruitées et son amertume bien dosée. Sa robe trouble et dense est très belle et son nez sur le pamplemousse et les agrumes donne envie de la goûter immédiatement. En bouche, les saveurs sont bien équilibrées et je suis particulièrement fan de l'amertume qui reste en bouche après chaque gorgée. Si vous êtes à Amsterdam, je vous recommande vivement d'essayer cette bière !
