bottle from supermarket in ordrup. clear golden to light brown, white to beige head. mild nutty and very slightly fruity aroma. salty mineral water note. flavor is very slightly fruity (non-ripe apples perhaps), faint malty. gentle and somewhat boring and does not come off as super clean or error free, tastes like a better than average homebrew with all the character that comes with a small, perhaps a bit more chaotic production. will be likable by many, beer nerds and random people as well, I think it will work fine with food.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a smallish, off-white head - good looking beer. Lovely biscuity aroma. Medium body, super dry so no sweetness in spite of the caramel and biscuit accents. Dry finish, but not really bitter. Lovely and well crafted. 211021

Bottle from the brewery webshop. Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with grain and biscuit, straw and a faint touch of chocolate. Rustic malty flavour with a bit of sweetness and light fruity notes.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, straw, malt, and a bit of bread. The flavor is malt, caramel, straw, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.
