50 cl can @ Kultainen Apina. Canned 23.12.2020. Aroma has fruit juice, orange and pineapples. Flavour has grapefruity hops, grass and mild herbal tones. Good, the herbal notes are not that nice though.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light malts, lightly sweet. My smoke detector is going off, it's there in the background albeit very light, light but annoying. Crisp citric hops, mostly pine and peel. Light crisp finish. The smoke note, as light as it is, just fucks me off and hence I struggle to appreciate the good bits here.

Very hazy golden, blonde and bright orange coloured body, with a very fast-dying tan and off-white head that starts at one centimetre tall and fades to just about nothing. Aroma of citrus, alcohol, grapefruit, yeast, bread and some light, but bright floral notes. Medium to Full-bodied; Very chunky and deeply malty flavour at first with a strong, pungent and biting hop bitterness with resin and flowers showing, but much more citrus and a light fruity quality that finishes off nicely. Aftertaste is robust and very well-balanced, showing off some hay and dry floral notes, but more of a citrus and bitter hop-centric profile at the end, all with some noticeable alcohol and pungency of course, and tasting about right at 8,2 per cent alcohol. Overall, a good enough, almost Imperial IPA, but way too expensive for what it should be - another overhyped and expensive offering from this brewery, which is acceptable, just not great or worth searching out for. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 28-April-2020 for US$6,49, which was canned on 13-February-2020, sampled at my house here in Washington on 10-May-2020.

16 oz. Aroma is Smarties, mango, citrus peel, cantaloupe. Pours murky orange-yellow with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is light to moderately bitter, moderately sweet, finishing with a dry pithiness. My can doesn't say anything about lactose and I don't really detect it. Carbonation is a little light. Not bad.
