A murky and light yellow beer, a head is big and almost white. Aroma has frtuiness of citrus, also tropical notes of sweet papaiya, spicyness from the yeast. Complex and enjoyable. Taste has citrus, spicyness of pepper, dry and grain maltyness, some flowers. Medium bodied, quite high carbonation just as it should be. Complex and sophisticated.

Bottled 330ml (Alko web) Clear golden colour, tiny white head. Aroma has Belgian yeast character, fruityness, apple and white pepper. Light-bodied. Crisp. Fruityness, pepper, bubblegum in the flavour. Grapefruity bitter finish. NZ part of the name is not so evident than Saison part. Ok Saison.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 31/12/19, from Alko, 20181214) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, spiciness, floralness and bitterness. Aftertaste was floral and bitter. The floralness (from the yeast?) was too strong. Otherwise nice brew.

From the bottle. Gold with a frothy white crown that lingers. Mild notes of lime and citrus, a bit floral. Hints of perspiration. Taste is fairly straightforward bitter on a malt base full of white bread. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. Okay but entirely unremarkable.

Bottle from a mix box from the Waitrose at Gloucester Rd. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is tropical - maybe even pineapple. Med body or so. Flavor is earthy tropical - arguably pineapple and some other things. Dry. Earthy. Somewhat bitter. Nails the style IMHO. Good stuff.
