Bottle from Whole Foods in Davis, CA. Pours rose with a pinkish head. Aroma is a little apple with floral and cherry notes. Med body almost. Flavor starts with pie cherries and then gets a little apple. On balance it’s tart - trying to be dry - almost getting there. Finishes with some tart, heading for astringent, apple skin. The hibiscus is hiding from me. Fairly tasty; likely fun for the lake.

Draught at Capitol Cider, Seattle
Reddish color, dark, clear, with small head. Light fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is weak and dry, light cherry touch.
