22oz bomber pours with a hazed copper body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up pine hop bitterness, floral hops and then some thin cherry and malty notes. The taste fairly smooth and then quickly jumps into resiny pine hops and a little bit of citrus hops. To midway it picks up malt sweetened floral hops notes that improve the depth of the experience but also take away from the overall harmony.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent orange gold with a foamy creamy off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and peaches. Or something of that sort. Kind of complex. Med + body. Flavor starts mixed mystery fruit with mild caramel that soon seems a bit roasty. There is hop burn. Heat burns a bit in the gullet. This is hoppy stuff that bears little, if any, resemblance to NW approaches. Which doesn’t mean the hop won’t stun your brain. It is fairly bitter, and hoppy to the edge of reasonable expectations. Wowser.
