Ein unfiltriertes, rundes Lagerbier mit einer ausgeprägten Edelhopfung., harmonischen Malznoten und dem internationalen Flair feinster Lagerhefe. In über 6 wochen schonender Kaltreifung im Schönbrunner Eiskeller entwickelt unser Lager bei 0 Grad seine ausgewogene und doch so unverwechselbare Persönlichkeit.
Ein Bier, das nicht aneckt, sondern rund und weich die Kehle herunter läuft.
Hefe: Lagerhefe Typ S-189
Hallertauer Aromahopfen: Perle, Brewers Gold, Smaragd
Malz: Pilsner, Carafa
Stammwürze 11,2°Plato

Fläschla: Golden to deep golden, unclear, small - but creamy - stable white head; sweetish grainy-malty with a strawy-fruity background.; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied to medium bodied, almost soft; mild but distinctive sweetish-bitter finish. Well drinkable and surely better than expected...

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Lang-Bräu Lager ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, hay, light sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180217] 5-3-5-3-11

(bottle, as Lager Brewers Gold, 4.5% abv) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly juicy malty aroma with hints of cereals and a whiff of caramel, backed by fruity and slightly spicy hops, including notes of citrus and cassis. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry malty base with doughy and grainy notes, accompanied by spicy and slightly fruity hops, leading into a bitter and slightly sweet finish. Likeable but lacks a bit balance. 31.XII.17
