From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale, with almost no foam. Aroma is, strangely, not so much of honey, but of apples, and maybe some tropical fruits. Body is sweet, with apples again being the main feeling (I guess I confuse mango with apples, not being a mango eater). Finish is short.

Sampled at Cask Pub and Kitchen. Clear almost colorless, only a slight pale golden haze through it. Smell and taste sweetness, lightly honey, nice mango influences in there. A bit sweet perhaps which might become annoying after a while but a small glass is fine.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours very light champagne, almost waterlike, with a very small white head. Aroma of light sweetness, honey, light spice, fruit, mango. Flavor is sweet, honey, light spice, flowers, fruity, sweet mango. Thin body, average to lively carbonation, light sweet finish. 070716

Tap @ Fermentoren Aarhus 6%. Clear champagne colored with tiny white head. Aroma is malt, honey, fruit and spices. Flavour is malt, honey, perfume, spices, sweet, fruit, little floral and a little sugar.
