Tap at Preserve in Winters, CA. Pours dark brown with a creamy yellow/tan head. Aroma seems. chocolate and dark malt. Med + body. Flavor is earthy chocolate with some treacle. Maybe touch of anise. Finishes towards dry, and a little bitter.
