Tap at the brewpub. Tulip filled with black and a puffy 3 finger dark tan head. Aroma is very dark; rather sweet chocolate, and identifiable maple. Full bodied, or nearly. Flavor is rather earthy chocolate with some maple. All backed by strong coffee and some dark, treacly malt. Arguably complex.Pretty tasty stuff.
