Cask at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a cloudy “bitter brown” with a small white head and good lacing. In the mouth the overall impression fluctuates between sweetness and bitter – but not hugely in either direction. There are malts and hops to be found, plus hints of berry fruits and mango. Bitterness wins out in the finish – which is also quite fruity. It’s OK.

Hazy pale gold with a small, bubbly white head and a citrusy nose. Fruity up front, nicely hopped with a very slightly tart bitterness in the finish. [Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival 2022]

Clear pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have delicate citrus hop notes. There's a pithy bitterness too. Really easy to drink and refreshing.

Something light to start the day. Golden yellow, white head. Smells fresh hoppy, some citrus peel, stone fruit. Light yet not overly watery feel. Taste is definitely light and fresh, good bitterness, and flavourful and tasty hops. Plenty citrus and mango.
