Nice beer. Moderate funk. Some citrus peel. A little dry sun-kissed bread. Some grass. Reminiscent of an Orval I’d say. Lively carb and good mouthfeel.

Amberkleurig bier met veel stevig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig met de typische brett smaak waar ik nog steeds wat aan moet wennen. Verder iets van droog fruit als bessen en pruimen.

Bottle. The nose is huge brett, yeasty, slightly cheesy, pastry, wet straw. Taste is big brett, very funky, hint of cheese, leading to malt, a hint of citrus hops and a yeasty doughy but dry finish.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dull dark copper color with full head. Aromas of cottony Brett, stoned fruit, berry yogurt and soft toasted malts. Flavors of dried fruit, bitter citrus, oak, dry white wine and sharp toasted malts. Much less Brett notes than the non BA and more sharp and dry. Very good.

Bottles from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of green apple, rhubarb and sea salt. Flavour of bitter lemon and funky yeast. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Tangy and delicious.

Clear orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty oxidized, a little funky, orange peel, brett notes, orange peel, malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty funky, bitter, brett notes, soft acidity, woody touch, slightly fruity. Aftertaste: soft acidity, funky, orange peel, bitter, lots of brett, tannins, woody.

Конечно есть ароматы сладких фруктов вроде манго, цитрусовых а также набор амбре из паддока, соответственно сено, слегка прелое. Много ягод, при чем как будто морс с различными травами типа гвоздики и репейника. Весь этот набор дает солод. Цвет красивый, мутно фруктовый, персиковый. Пенка средняя, кремовая. Во вкусе сразу бросается хмелевая терпкость и вязкость. Еще больше чувствуется морса с добавками, вообще пиво очень травянистое. Фрукты есть но уже на втором плане. При глотке сухость усиливается и появляется продолжительная небольшая горечь. Есть кислинка и намеки на мед. Есть намеки на сухое белое вино, от винограда. В целом хорошо и необычно, только горечь слишком уж сильная.
