[ As Anspach & Hobday The BA Griotte ].Unclear medium orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, baking yeast, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart fruit, gose alike, dough - baking yeast, super dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg @ Tilt, Brum. Pours pink. Aroma bears nice cherry funk. Taste is crisp tart cherry, soft sour acidic lacto funk. Has a modest sweetness, but everything nicely balanced. Good stuff.
