Bottle. Pours clear dark brown with small white head. Aroma is apples, apple seeds, malt, caramel, rye and redcurrant. Taste is medium to very sweet, faint to light bitter and light acidic. Body is watery with fizzy carbonation. Finish is a bit short and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel and fruit.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2016 - Day 2 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Løgismose Vinter Øl ].Clear medium yellow - orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, old malt, caramel, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, old malt, sweet malt, cardboard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160807] 5-3-5-3-8

Bottle shared at the Chris & Ruth pre GBBF shindig tasting 2016 - London. Cheers! Pours clear gold with a white cream topping. The aroma holds toasted cereal, pale grains, light caramel. Light to medium sweet flavour with light paper, leaves, cereal. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Somewhat drying to finish, with more leaves and toasted cereal. So so.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits and hops. Light bitter finish.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF Shindig, 07/08/16. Very lightly hazed amber with a decent beige cap. Nose is biscuit, toffee, earthy fruit rinds. Taste comprises straw, toffee, dark fruits, biscuit, spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average fayre.

Bottle shared at the pre GBBF chriso’s tasting day 2 07/08/2016. Many thanks! A copper amber coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is twiggy malts, nutty, hint of earthy toffee. Flavour is composed of dried fruits, nutty malts, mineral, twig, English yeast esters. Palate is semi sweet moderate carbonation, chalky, moderate carbonation. Ok. Pretty standard.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with some chocolate. Mid bitter finish.
