Gravity cask at the 2025 Rutland CAMRA Festival, the County Museum, Oakham. Light reddish brown, maybe a little bit of haze with a loose uneven ring of beige/khaki head. Heady chocolate malt in the nose with red berries. Tastes sweet, malty with lovely fruity hop followed by a notably bitter finish. More malt in the aftertaste. Body is thin with no carbonation. A very good mild.

Cask-conditioned at the W&T taproom, Bristol 3 June 2023. Reddish-brown in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Aroma of nuts, brown sugar, leafy hops and some dried berry sweetness. Flavour had rich and sweet malts, more dried fruits and a trace of toastiness before a gentle finish. An excellent mild.

On cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry toasted caramel, a touch of English hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite bitter, with lots of dry bready malt, a hint of bone dry caramel, and bitter hops that are a bit astringent. Pleasant enough despite the astringency.
