Cask served English Porters are a thing of beauty and something we've always wanted to produce. Our take is robust in its roastiness with emphasis on deep chocolate and coffee. A hefty dose of medium crystal and DRC rounds out the flavour with caramel, prunes and raisin. We've fermented it with our very own yeast strain for a malty match made in heaven!

Cask at Heidrun, HW, 11/11/22. Light black with a tan covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is mellow roast, dried fruit rinds, charr, cocoa powder, toffee. Taste comprises dates, roasted bite, cocoa powder, caramel, dark malts, pinch of spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Solid cask porter ... plenty of flavour packed into just 4.6%.
