Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28B / 25B, adapted). Bottle 37.5 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium-low sour aroma with acidic and slight horsy notes. faint sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and clear. medium-low white head with average retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium to medium-low sour notes, slight barnyard with very faint malt background. low bitterness and dry finish. PALATE: low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a farmhouse with mixed culture fermentation, rendering it a bland final beer.

Bit thin but great oaky notes, slightly tart.

[ As TRVE Buried Sun ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy to virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, sour, fruity malt - fruity hops, yeasty, funky.
