375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast upfront, followed some light herbal character. Flavour is strange, with plastic, wild yeast, and citric tartness. Nothing very special, and there is a strange plasticy band-aid character. Decent, but flawed.

375ml bottle at Matt’s. Pours a dirty golden with a weak head. First nose is disgusting, after not very nice ripe fruits. Taste is very yeasty with those terrible fruits. Not good.

Cloudy, no head. Light tan. Definitely not appetizing appearance. Tart on the palate, with a bit of a muddled yeasty character. The aroma shows just a touch of that tartness, but again everything is muddled and indistinct. Not bad, but it just doesn’t pop.

Very hazy golden coloured body with a smallish, large-bubbled pure white head, only a centimetre tall. Aroma of pale wheat, malt, yeast, brett, grain, sour funk, light citrus and way more brett and wild yeasts. Light-bodied; Strong mellow grassy, herbal, citrus, yeastie, sour, lactic flavours dominate with nothing too deep or pungent, but a lot of complexities. Aftertaste is just as mild with a little more sweetness from fruit that is pronounced, along with the brett and wild yeast flavours that are dominant along with very light malts. Overall, an interesting beer that has a lot of complexity, but no real deep or pungent flavours. A smooth and easy-drinking beer, with a touch of a bretty kick, but not much of anything really, throughout this beer. Nothing bad with it, just not enough flavour to make this great. I sampled this 37,5 cL split bottle purchased from Mr. B’s Wine & Spirits in Denver, Colorado on 18-March-2016 for US$6,99 sampled at home in Washington on 03-November-2016.

Bottle thanks to Taylor. Pours a hazy yellow with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, oak, brett. Medium mouth, funky, lemon zest, brett, oak, light finish, good.
