Filosofera över det som varit, det som är och det som komma skall.
En craft ale som passar till allt från plankstek till Thai kyckling.Urds Brunn skapades i vårt bryggeri i november 2015.
Urds Brunn eller Urdarbrunnen var i nordisk mytologi en helig källa under en av Yggdrasils rötter.
Här möttes gudarna för att hålla ting och besluta om framtiden.
Vid Urdarbrunnen bodde de tre nornona Urd, Verdandi och Skuld. De spann livets trådar eller vävde människornas öden.
Urds trådar handlar om det förflutna, Verdandi spinner det nuvarande och Skuld det som komma skall.

At Linköping Beer Expo 2018. A bit hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma and taste of malt, caramel, some fruit and hay. Kind of soft and easy to drink.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2016 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Walhöll Urds Brunn ].Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, oxidide, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, caramel, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160806] 6-3-6-3-12

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF Shindig 06/08/2017. Many thanks! A reddy / orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is grassy hop, pale grains, nutty toasted malts, Flavour is composed of pale earthy grains, resin, rustic farmyard grains. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carboantion. Harsh bitterness. Ok.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF Shindig, 07/08/16. Hazed amber orange with an off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, straw, grains, earthy fruit rinds. Taste comprises much the same, hint of bread, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Par for style.

Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre GBBF Shindig 2016 - London. Day 1. Pours unclear amber with a frothy white head. Grainy and a bit rindy. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with toasty bread and grains, a little pine, citrus rind. Decent stuff.

The great ChrisO pre GBBF gathering. Lightly hazy amber beer, thin cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, some oxidised caramel. Good dried fruits, Yeah - fine.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth’s pre GBBF shindig; hazy burnished amber pour with a white head, aroma has red fruits and some spice, taste has sweet toffee, red fruits.

Sampled @ ChrisO Pre-GBBF Shindig. Hazy rusty orange color, small white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is quite nice: lightly malts and lightly hoppy. Taste malts, a bit sweet, lightly hops, a bit floral and a hint of sugar. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.
