En craft ale som passar till allt från plankstek till Thai kyckling.Urds Brunn skapades i vårt bryggeri i november 2015.
Urds Brunn eller Urdarbrunnen var i nordisk mytologi en helig källa under en av Yggdrasils rötter.
Här möttes gudarna för att hålla ting och besluta om framtiden.
Vid Urdarbrunnen bodde de tre nornona Urd, Verdandi och Skuld. De spann livets trådar eller vävde människornas öden.
Urds trådar handlar om det förflutna, Verdandi spinner det nuvarande och Skuld det som komma skall.

Pre shinding 2016. Fast klare orange goldene Farbe, mittelgroße beige Schaumkrone. Geruch mild zitronig hopfig, nussig, Vanille, gering holzig. Geschmack mild zitronig hopfig nussig, Karamell, Vanille, langweilig.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber brown color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel spicy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Bottled, thanks rlgk! Hazy copper / brown, rich creamy head. Fruity nose with toast, peach and hay. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity malt, notes of chocolate some hay and caramel. Mid bitter finish. Rustic and relaxed.
