Bottle picked up from Craft Beer Webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Wednesday 26th January 2022, listening to Marc Riley and Gideon Coe on 6 Music. We had Butter Beans, Chorizo, Paprika and Piquillo peppers with Rice for tea. 330ml bottle. Pours amber a little hazy with a mid sized creamy, off-white head. Aroma is honey. Taste is honey malty, sweet, a little fruity caramel, some warmth from the abv, fine.

330ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, floral, honey aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally tart-ish and floral, diluted notes of honey, bitter hoppy counterpart. Simple, monotonous - so-so.

Has the harsh astringent aroma and super festbier dms off flavor. Otherise underneath the problems the malt and honey are spot on. Beerwulf 2019 advent calendar (3.1 Jan 2020) Beerwulf bottle, much fresher, honey forward, a very noticeable alcoholic burn, but not in a bad way. Still a bit harsh 15 months before expiry. But worth an upgraded rating
