(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a white head. Notes of lightly sweet pale malt, a little grain, soft white wine grape, soft acidity, citrus zest, light stone fruit, fairly strong Brett, slightly bready feel, fairly dry in the finish with a little tart acidity. Light to medium bodied, moderate effervescent carbonation. Decent enough but with a little lack of pizzazz, just solid and rather drinkable.

On tap at Toolbox, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light Chardonnay, a hint of brett and tart stone fruitiness. Flavour is tart, with tart stone fruits, light fruits and light white wine. A bit confused and lacking clarity. Solid stuff.

[ As Toolbox Vivian ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, light leather - brett. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart fruit, saison yeast, brett, wine - white wine, grapes - apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170513] 7-3-6-3-14

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet malts tart sour funk. Tatse is more of the nice sweet malts sour tart funk and barrel.
