Der Bienenstich funkelt wie Bernstein im Glas. In der Nase offenbaren sich harzige Aromen nach Waldhonig und Bienenwachs. Gleich beim ersten Schluck fällt der weiche, sanfte Charakter des Bocks auf. Die großzügige Portion Waldhonig von österreichischen Imkern macht das Bier rund und harmonisch – der perfekte Begleiter für die kalte Jahreszeit.

From the bottle, a few weeks past the best date. Amber, thin and frothy white head. Lots of floaters. Aroma is caramel, beeswax, a bit of apricot. Taste is mildly bitter with dark fruit and honey notes. Medium body, smooth, waxy, soft to moderate carbonation. Looks are not the best but quite drinkable.

Cloudy amber to orange, golden foam. Light veggie, sweet light sticky, honey, honey bread finish.

Bottle, dach gathering. Pours dark golden. Aroma is sweet, honey. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, fruits. Overall: ok.

Bottle sample at RBVG 2018, cheers! Hazy to cloudy golden orange color white head. Fruity ciotrus aroma. Taste is lightly tart orange peel and light spice

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is honey, wax, melon, yeast. Taste is honey, bready yeast, light straw. Silky mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Good!

Bottle shared during RB Raid over Rotterdam March 3rd 2018. Hazy orangy-pink color with a medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, don't really get honey up front, but it's there for sure, lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Decent beer.
