This kettle soured collaboration beer is a Berliner Weisse style ale with the addition of 150kg of raspberry puree during active fermentation. Luscious raspberry aroma and flavour with balanced, clean acidity. Collaboration with Left Handed Giant.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are malt, red fruits, lactose acid, berries and has a light sour and sweet finish.

From tap. Pours hazy to murky pink to red with a small pink head. Aroma is raspberry juicy. Sourish to citric. Mellow fruity. Mild sourish and fruity. Crisp citric finish.

Tap. Northern Monk Refectory. Vivid, raspberry milkshake pink. Thin ring of pink head. Looks great. Nose has raspberry pip. Milkshake. A bit trifle like. Taste is mostly dry and light, underripe raspberry, sour. Dry and light mouthfeel. Tooth cleansing. Light raspberry sourness to finish. Refreshing.
