Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a foamy white head that fades away pretty quickly. Quite basic overall, some doughy wheat bread, melon and peach, nips of white grape, ripening apples. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, more white grape, melon, apples, doughy wheat bread. Simplistic but drinkable.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Hazy, pink with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity aroma of raspberries, rhubarb and some strawberry. Minimally sweet, slightly sour, moderately fruity taste of raspberry, redcurrant and some rhubarb, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
