[ As Signature Brew White Keys ].Unclear matt light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, light weizen yeast, light strawberry - raspberry - peach notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, weizen yeast, fruity sweet, strawberry jam - raspberry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled @ London Craft Beer Festival 2017. A hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malt, cereals, straw. Taste of pale malt, grainy malt, mild bitterness, boring.
