Cask at The Merchant, CW. It pours clear amber with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, green, grassy hops, floral vibes, biscuit, touch of lemongrass and doughy bread. The taste is firmly dry, bitter - sweet, biscuit malt base, quite green, grassy, pine needles, floral, lemongrass, lemonade and pith with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Fresh and chuggable. Rather quaffabke cask ale.
