From tap at The Monk’s Kettle, San Francisco. Aroma is tart blueberry, soft barnyard funk, sourish berries, with a spicy note on the tongue. Flavour is moderate to medium sour, with a light sweet touch. Very nice berry sour.

Tap @ SKAAL, Copenhagen. Clear deep red with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy blueberries, herbal and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 030418

Draft @ Omnipollofest 2017. Pours a hazy amber red color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour blueberry heather aroma. Fruity sour tart blueberry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart blueberry finish.

Draught @ Skaal. Poured deep red color, thin pinkish head. Tart, funky aroma with blueberries. Solid drinkability. Tart, red berries, blueberries showing. Real nice.

ABV: 6.0%. Cloudy medium to light red - yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel, moderate blueberry, berries, tart, sweet berries, dough, juniper. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, dough - baking yeast, blueberry, sour, juniper, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Red coloured pour with almost no head. Sour fruity with blueberry prominence, medium to light body, some light herbal and floral action, tart berry fruity finish.

Draft. A red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brett, blueberries, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of blueberries, brettanomyces, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.
