This beer was too old when i had the chance to try it. Good carbonation yet, and sweet malt, some caramel. Much like a barleywine.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy orange-copper body. Foamy, thick, off-white head. Some pleasant earthy, hop vine tones in the aroma. A lot tastier than would have expected going in. Drinks pretty smooth for the ABV at first, but there is some lingering warmth in the finish. Some juicy tones, a pretty respectable IPA, what their normal IPA should taste like.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber orange with a fluffy head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma combines grassy and pine hops with some sweet grains underlying. Flavor balances sweet grains, grass and pine up front with some resin growing through the finish.

Pours a clear, dark, Amber-brown, with minimal head. Aroma is very floral, grassy, pine hops. Flavor is also marked by forward hop bite, with some citrus, just a touch of malt sweetness, and a smooth, bitter finish. Pretty good beer.
