Tight thin white head left a collar on a vivid lemon coloured still body. Herbaceous aroma. Medium to thin bodied, sharp on the tongue with a clean back. Chalk, salt, lemon herbal & spice tastes.

7up maar dan minder zoet, bijna tonic. Sichuan peper, zonder scherp op de tong te zijn. Grote bubbel. Interessant, maar niet top

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, pepper, malt, and, yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, pepper, lemons, straw, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen. Pours cheese straw yellow with large white head. Aroma is mild grass, lime, mint and hints of dandelion. Taste is medium sweet, faint bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and refreshing with notes of grass, flowers, lime and mint. Very refreshing

Tap at Unorthodox. The special ingredients all coming through lightly, mixing in a weird complete picture. The base beer is relatively clean and inobtrusive. Slightly salty. Thin body. Med carbo. Rather interesting than good.

Can. Aroma of sherbety yuzu, old lemons, slightly tangy wheat. Smells refreshing. Light bodied, fizzy. I like the yuzu, the salt and the Sichaun pepper but the seaweed is too green and vegie-like. But it is very refreshing and original without seeming like a novelty.
