12 oz. can. Light, slightly unclear yellow color, with a fleeting, white head. Nose of wheat, faint lemon zest, bubblegum, and a touch of salt. Sweet up front, with a good touch of bitterness, and just a hint of citrusy tartness. Light body, crisp, yeasty, and clean. This a mild, easy hefeweizen, but solid.

Somewhere in Denver: Pours cloudy with white head. Aroma is banana, lemon, and dough. Taste is sweet with plenty of banana and spice and a lemon overtone. Some hoppy residue up in there as well. Pretty good.

Weisse type glass draft pour at the Rackhouse Pub in Denver, Colorado. The pour is a cloudy yellow orange, with a well formed one inch white head. The tastes is nicely fresh wheat grain and orange citrus, along with a subdued clove yeast. The palate presents an almost flat mouth feel, which takes away some of the effectiveness if the beer. Nice enough Hefe.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a cloudy yellow color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of wheat, citrus and malt. Light, clean body with flavors of mildly zesty oranges, wheat, doughy malt and a touch of spice. The finish is short and fruity. Slightly above average overall.
