Slightly hazy amber beer, little white head. Light and crispy palate. Minerals. Mild caramel malt. Trace of honey sweetness. Mild citric orange. Semi dry finish with a carbonated sting. Not too bad but could do with more hops!

22oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with a small bit of white head. Sweet aroma of candied sugar and a slightly off aroma...kind of like dirty socks. Taste is lightly sweet and lightly sour. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, not bad. I’ve never had an agave ale so I have nothing to compare it to. Definitely interesting.

Bomber from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours medium dark copper with a three finger foamy off-white head. Aroma is almost toffee. With a herb adjunct. Almost like something strange from Starbucks. Near full bodied with foamy carb, but thinning as the carb goes away. It’s very toffee, with a touch of coffee. Not sickeningly sweet. But surely not bitter. Butter! I vote this as a substitute for Harry Potter butter beer. Gotta be better than what they serve in Florida.

22 oz bottle purchased at The Wine and Cheese Place in St Louis, Missouri. Pour is slight haze copper golden with an off white one inch head which is firm and lasting. As it eventually falls, nice sheets of lace are left behind. Aroma is a dry green pepper vegetable up front, pleasant and fresh. Behind that is some softly sweet malt, and a spice yeast. Unique nose. Taste is the vegetal green pepper of the nose, its still fresh in the taste but just doesn’t work quite as well in the taste. The toasted malt, mildly sweet blends in nicely with the agave, and overall its a well made beer - just odd tasting. The finish is a bit of rye bread, and clove spice yeast. Palate is medium bodied, mouth coating, a bit of a slick lingering yeast finish.

Bomber. Pours a fizzy (yes... it sounds like cola) copper with a fizzy head that dies down to a slight film in short order. Aromas are malty... kind of a nondescript caramel malt with just a hint of what I’m guessing is agave, but it comes off as grassy with a little bit of a herbal funk to it. Flavor is pretty rugged... malt, overly active carbonation once on the tongue, an a kind of junky herbal taste that lingers on the palate.

Bottle thanks to mora2000. Pours with a slightly hazed golden body and a fading white head. Aroma is peppery, bitter, vegital, malty and cereally. Taste is vegital, cereal and cellulose. Fizzy.

I added this new beer but could alost find nothing on the web about it. The brewers web site is still not working so if there is something to add or change feel free to do so. Pour is a copper with a large white head. Aroma is of super sweet malts. Flavor is weird. Some malts in the front then follow by some lemon- lime which I guess is the agave. This is nothing really exciting, real bland and boring.
