Tap at FFF. Pale yellow tan with a big white head. Fresh brewhouse aroma. Light to medium bodied, pretty straightforward beer-beer. Well done, sort of mellow soapy hop balance, light doughy malt tones. A damn fine Dotrmunder, maybe the best I’ve had..still just not a style to blow you away. Expert execution, perfect balance.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a combination of sweet grains, crisp lager yeast and grass/pine hops. Flavor has a crispness throughout with some sweet grains and grassy hops.
