Golden pour, big, frothy white head. Ok cereals, no hops. Bready, slightly yeasty, medium bitterness. Meh, run of the mill blonde.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, grass and hops. Malty finish.

Thanks to my friend Nic for bringing this back from his trip at the brewery. Pours a slight hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy warm-yellow cap with good retention and lacing. Apple-like aromas from the malt with spicy notes and very mild honey. The taste is a mix of the apples with the mild grass from the hops. Quite a nice blonde ale that has loads of apples, but not on the sweet-side and definitely not cider. Not sure if this is from the fact that it is old, but I like it.

Bottle from the brewery store on Queen st. Pours a deep golden color with a decent sized off white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aromas of bready malt with hints of toffee and butter with a bit of floral spicy hop to counter. The flavor is malty sweet with bits of toffee and caramel. Light earthy hop flavor to counter. Medium body and level of carbonation. Decent enough blonde ale.

A golden ale with a super thick frothy lacing white head. A herbal malt aroma, wild grass, light saltyness. In mouth, a smooth grassy malt with light British hopping, a bit if butterscotch, not bad.

Hazy, straw colour with a light bubbly head. A lot of diacetyl on the nose with a little bit of pale malt. Some butter, some pale malt on the palate. The finish is really chalky.
