A collaboration with Wawa. Taking our Winter Reserve, 6.0%, Coffee Stout, we aged it in Bourbon barrels for 7 months. Enhancing the coffee stout with notes of bourbon, vanilla, and chocolate.

500 ml bottle. 2020 vintage. Opaque black pour. No head. Roasted malt aroma hints at bourbon and oak. Flavor leans toward roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate and bourbon. Nice flavor, but lacking in depth and complexity. Hints of coffee and caramel on backend.

Bottle shared by my brother: pours black With a beige head. Aroma is coffee, vanilla, chocolate. Pretty rich taste. Coffee and bourbon work well. Actually quite good.
