Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria, Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, WA deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter. A hemispheric hop mashup.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam. Nice floral and citrus forward aromas with some stone fruit, lychee and banana. Smooth on the palate with somewhat restrained bitterness. Light malt body works as a nice vehicle for the hops. Light bitter, finish with more citrus notes. Solid.

Can from HogTownHarry. Thanks my friend. Hazy light gold colour lasting white head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Good fresh hoppy beer. Not overly bitter. But the hop flowers really jump out at you. Pineapple flavour. Enormously drinkable. Loved it.

16 oz cans sent by brewer. Usual IPA looking beer under a frothy head. Smell surely has lots of the Northestern hop in abundance; including the catbox smell of Amarillos, to which Galaxy hops are close cousins. Just enough amber malt to try and keep the whole beer honest. Plenty enjoyable if you like the burn of excess hops. Which I do under the right conditions. Grilling some brats for my weeks lunches on the night of Labor Day to close out the summer? That'll do.

Cloudy orange gold with thick white head. Smelling of resin and pine hops. Taste sweet malty base with a solid helping of resin and mild pine hops, that ends mildly bitter. Well-balanced decently hoppy IPA. Try it.

Can 1 pint. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a white head. Dank, astringent aroma at the fore - next layer has some citrus, but I lack some crispiness. Medium body, very fruity, a hint of sweetness and a very bitter finish. Alright if somewhat rough. 110817

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange with a large, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet fruity, dank aroma of mango, passion fruit, peach, orange and grapefruit with caramel malt in the background. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, mango, passion fruit, orange rind, grapefruit and pine resin with a crisp, dry, mildly bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Impressive, very fresh and tasty.
