Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria, Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, WA deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter. A hemispheric hop mashup.

Slightly aged sample (BBd 5 months ago). Appearance rating abitrarily at 4/5 seen unsatisfactory lighting conditions Dry hops, citruspeel, seems the hops are not ultrafresh. Really bitter flavour, citruspeel, with a bittery-dry finish. Beginning of oxydation. Dry, very light & lean MF, despite its ABV. In fact nice, but the slight signs of aging are already showing.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/1/2019. Pours very hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.8%,. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around awesome citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft feel and not aggressive. Awesome Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe profile. Very vibrant, juicy, dank, and earthy hops; with a great pale/wheat malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Feels like a hybrid of west/east coast styles.

Draught @ De Kromme Haring Aroma has tropical fruits and fruit juice. Flavour has grapefruity hops, cereal, tropical fruits and mild herbal tones. Gets some harsh bitterness in the aftertaste. A solid IPA.

(Draught at BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm, 1 April 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of peaches, pineapple and orange. Fruity, hoppy taste with ripe peaches, pineapple, mango, passion-fruit, citrus and a generous floral, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and well balanced with a generous hop presence. Very nice.
