Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a generous white head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of citrus hops with lightly sweet malt notes is quiet pleasant. Taste is also a good mix between some citrus hops with some light tropical fruit notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good drinkability with just enough complexity (hops floral notes could be a bit more powerful) with wheat malt barely noticeable.

6-pack at the LCBO. Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a warm foamy cap, good retention and lots of patchy-soapy lacing. Big hoppy aromas that are a little different at first with some tropical fruits notes mixed with the grapefruit. Not as hoppy in the taste, but still some nice grass giving some beautiful dry mouthfeel. Still wet enough to go down nicely. A pretty interesting Extra Pale Ale.

Bottle - Sweet grapefruit with some malt. Cloudy gold with a rich beige head. Well balanced malts and hops, resinous and a bit of citrus. Nice hoppy crisp pale ale.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a light hazy orange with generous cream coloured head. that leaves lots of lace. Nose is heavy pine and grapefruit. Great up front bitterness with some sweet toffee and a good dry bitter finish. Body and carbonation are average and feels a little thinner than you would expect but that actually seems to make it more enjoyable. Pleasantly surprised by this one.

(Draught at Bryden’s, Sept 18 2013) Pours a dark orangish gold with a fairly dense white head, some lacing. Aroma grapefruit pith, a bit dank (weed and wet vegetation both), faint pine, some caramel malt and grains, slight tang that is almost salty. Flavour has grapefruit pith, a bit dank and Simcoe-ish, faint pine. Crystal malt sweetness apparent, moderate bitterness from mid-palate on. Rather grainy in the finish with a dry hop bitterness. Palate is medium, typical pale ale, but carb is strong and hard and I had to swirl this a lot. Really a good effort from a new brewer though, hopping worked well, I hope they continue to improve.

Nice little pale ale from a new brewer. Good initial hops aroma with a little tangerine and citrus.Everything here is well balanced and makes for a good session pale. Pours golden blonde with decent lacing and head. Soft carbonation. Some sweet malt comes through with hops. Finishes with light bitterness. A start on a pretty good note here. Tap at volos.
